2010 Short Courses
In 2010, Dayspring will be offering three intensive units on Contemplative Spirituality. These units are not accredited units, but offered more as interest topics for those wishing to explore contemplative prayer and life practice a little further.
They will be of particular interest to those in discernment about their future involvement in spiritual companionship, and are highly recommended to anyone consiering the next course of the Graduate Diploma in Spiritual Direction beginning in February 2011.
Units available include: Contemplative Prayer Practice; Approaches to Direction and Discernment; and Living Alive – Wisdom of the Desert Fathers.
Each unit consists of three one-day sessions, either in as three Thursdays or as a weekend retreat. There is flexibility to suit those who enrol.

Wed. Nov 25th – –   “Coffee, Prayers and Spirituality”
9.30am until 11.30am:  Tea/Coffee, muffins, “Spirituality and …Industry” with  Mr Sam Walsh, CEO of Rio Tinto Mining and worshipper at St George’s Cathedral.    ($5)
